Make payments online using a MasterCard or Visa credit card, a debit or check card, or an ACH or eCheck.
After you read and understand the information below, please click on the link at the bottom of the page to begin the payment process. This action will open the service in a new window, which will walk you through the easy steps needed to submit your payment. Be certain to note any file reference number in the Comments section to facilitate posting the payment to your account. When you finish the process and receive your on-screen payment verification, please print the confirmation for your records. In the event your ePayment is not honored by the financial institution from which it is drawn, your debt account with the Commonwealth will not reflect payment and you will be charged a returned payment handling fee of $50.00, pursuant to Virginia statutory authority.

Security and Privacy
The Division of Debt Collection has partnered with the Virginia Interactive (VI) to provide you with the ability to securely pay claims you owe to the Commonwealth's agencies. VI collects your claim information using a secure server, processes your ePayment transaction and transmits the information to the Division of Debt Collection at the Office of the Attorney General.
The Online Payment application, developed by VI, provides for secure ePayment transactions. Transactions are encrypted with leading-edge NOVA/VIA KLIX technology, for a safe, secure and private payment process. In addition, all ePayment information is transmitted from VI's application servers using Secure Sockets Layers (https) which uses 128 bit encryption.
